Spicy Shawarma Crunch

A shawarma wrap with a spicy twist—and an unexpected crunchy bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 large tortilla or shawarma wrap

  • 1 cup shredded chicken (grilled or rotisserie)

  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt or garlic mayo

  • 1 tsp shawarma spice

  • ½ tsp chili flakes or hot sauce

  • ½ cup shredded cabbage

  • ¼ cup sliced onions

  • ¼ cup chopped tomatoes

  • ¼ cup Zenfix Coated Roasted Peanuts or Zenfix Peanut Butter Crunchy Popcorn (for extra crunch + flavour)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the chicken with yogurt/garlic mayo, shawarma spice, and chili.

  2. Warm the tortilla.

  3. Layer cabbage, onions, and tomatoes in the center.

  4. Add the spicy chicken mix.

  5. Sprinkle a generous handful of Zenfix Coated Roasted Peanuts (or the crunchy popcorn for a sweet–spicy combo).

  6. Roll tightly and toast lightly on a dry pan to seal.

  7. Slice and enjoy the surprising crunch.
